However, we use Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to collect non-personal, anonymized data about app usage.

Firebase Analytics may collect:

• Crash logs and performance data

3A. Audio Recording Permission

VoxDiary requests access to the device microphone (RECORD_AUDIO permission) to allow users to record voice notes and journal entries.

All audio recordings are stored locally on the user’s device and are not transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

We do not access or use audio recordings without user interaction. Recordings are only created when the user explicitly chooses to record audio within the app.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties.

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC (Firebase) in accordance with their privacy policies.

By using VoxDiary, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

We retain anonymized analytics data only as long as necessary to improve app performance and user experience.

7. iOS Data Usage & Tracking Disclosure

VoxDiary does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

We use Firebase Analytics solely for anonymized usage insights and performance monitoring.

No data collected is linked to user identity.

8. Child Safety Standards

This Child Safety Standards policy applies to VoxDiary, developed and operated by EZEMP.

At VoxDiary, we are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, especially children.

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behavior that involves or promotes CSAE is strictly prohibited on our platform.

Our commitments include:

• Prohibiting the creation, upload, or sharing of any content related to CSAE
• Actively monitoring and removing any content that violates child safety standards
• Taking immediate action, including suspension or permanent termination of accounts involved in violations
• Reporting confirmed instances of CSAE to relevant legal authorities
